Para além da animação de rua e mercado medieval, decorrerão espectáculos nocturnos como o "Espectáculo Pluri disciplinar", "Torneio a Cavalo", "Odisseia de Pedro Álvares Cabral" e o musical "A Arte de Custódio Castelo". No centro histórico da vila estarão instaladas diversas tasquinhas onde será possível provar iguarias regionais. Os visitantes podem, também, adquirir trajes da época, artesanato e jóias. A organização aposta, na edição deste ano, no «reforço da quantidade e qualidade de animação e figurantes pelas ruas da vila», vestidos a rigor de forma a dar um ar mais realista ao evento. Por outro lado, artesãos irão estar a trabalhar ao vivo bem como mercadores, regatões e artificies.Em comunicado, a autarquia de Belmonte realça que a VIII Feira Medieval do Artesão pretende ser um espaço de «animação e convívio, criado com o objectivo de dar a conhecer ao público residente e visitante os hábitos alimentares característicos da Idade Média, através de refeições rápidas e ligeiras, com o enquadramento medieval».
